1. How long will it take to complete the Soul Happy Technique®?
There are four sessions ranging in time from 20 to 40 minutes each. You can watch the videos whenever is convenient for you, whether you want to do one video per week, or if you’re busy, do them all in one or two sittings. It’s all up to you.
2. Where can I do this technique?
Anywhere as long as you have your computer or phone with you to watch the videos. We recommend the privacy of your own home as you will be doing exercises that involve recounting personal experiences. We fondly refer to this place at home as your “Soul Space,” a comfortable sanctuary for peace and quiet away from the world.
3. What can I expect to gain from the Soul Happy Technique?
The technique will be like a computer reboot for your brain. By clearing out your negative emotional buildup and reprogramming positive winning scenarios, you will feel a renewed sense of confidence, clarity, focus, drive and motivation.
4. How can the Soul Happy Technique make me happier?
This technique is unique in that we clear out the built up negativity stored in your brain, allowing you to stop living in the past or in this negative state of mind. This combined with getting you in touch with your core and reprogramming positive scenarios naturally results in a happier state.
5. You refer to “reprogramming the mind.” Does that mean I will no longer have my bad memories?
No, you will still have your memories. However, your memories carry negative emotions attached to them. The intensity of the negative emotions and feelings will dissipate.
6. Is this technique similar to hypnosis?
The foundation for the technique is rooted from tools in hypnosis, but not the kind of hypnosis that makes you quack like a duck on stage. Rather, we simply slow down your brainwave state to the point of relaxation. In this state, called alpha, you are completely conscious, but the mind is opened up and more flexible, allowing for it to be reprogrammed.
7. What if I have multiple negative experiences in my lifetime?
The Soul Happy Technique allows you to choose multiple negative experiences you want to clear from childhood, early adulthood and adulthood. But don’t worry; you don’t have to clear every negative experience you’ve ever had for it to work! These exercises are designed to take the negative experience you want to clear, attach to similar negative experiences related to the one you want to clear, clump them together and clear them all.
8. What about new negative experiences I may have after completing this technique?
The good news is that you will find that similar negative experiences will no longer carry the same weight as they would have, allowing them to roll off your back with ease. However, life is unpredictable. If you do go through a difficult experience, such as financial loss, health issues, a divorce, etc., you can always go back and redo the Soul Happy Technique. Once purchased, the technique is yours to use again if needed. Additionally, the session titled “Expanding Your Awareness” is, in essence, a guided meditation. If you enjoy it, and it brings you comfort, you can do this one as often as you like.
9. This all sounds so positive. How can I know that these positive changes will last?
The Soul Happy Technique encourages lasting change through repetition. We ask you to perform the Mental Rehearsal part of our technique for less than a minute a day for 90 days. Over time, Mental Rehearsal can become part of your daily ritual, like brushing your teeth in the morning. Therefore, for many people, reinforcing the technique through Mental Rehearsal will become a lifetime habit that sustains lasting change.
10. Have you ever had someone not benefit from the technique?
Results may vary depending on the open-mindedness of the individual. It all depends on your level of commitment to change and your ability to embrace a radically different treatment modality as a possibility for change. What we can tell you is this: those who have taken the process seriously have seen remarkable results.
